From Italy to Ohio
Our signature ovens were handcrafted in Verona, Italy. Each oven takes several months to make and combines Old World craftsmanship with 21st century know-how to create a perfect balance of old and new. Pizzas take less than 4 minutes and cook at temperatures upwards of 900 degrees. This allows us to cook the crust thoroughly while keeping the vegetables crisp and the toppings fresh.
